I am fedup of hoping everyday today will be the day.

Getting frustrated... filed may... transfer dec

ARN changed a week back

still no approval!!

everytime my status changes i am so excited...n then the wait n nothing happening....

i know tomorrow morning i will not get approved and the day after..n the day after ..till dunno when

If you were transferred in december, there is a 60 day wait (max) ahead of you.

You should email them as a reminder once you hit 60+

I can give you the address for Nebraska and Texas

no, they don't abide by that.. and remember ... its 60 business days... So take out holidays and weekends.

We just found out we are in Nebraska. We haven't got approved yet. Next Tuesday its 60 days( 9 months too)

USCIS received my I-130 Petition on 19 Dcember 2013. I received the "your alien registration number has changed" email on 31 January 2014. Then, a few days later (3 Feb), I received another email saying that our I-130 petiton was approved! I couldn't believe it! So, maybe good news is in store for you.
