I-130/G-325A Filling out the forms...

I'm getting all my documents together to submit I-130 for the spouse visa. I don't know how everyone else does this but I realized that they provided such a tiny place on G-325A for writing "Applicant's employment last five years." and ask for "Full Name and Address of Employer" How did you write this?

Also, I-130 form asks for both of our addresses, we are living in the same place right now, but should we write my wife's(Petitioner) address as of her address in US? or should we write the same address?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

If your information won't fit in the space provided, attach a letter with the additional information on it. (make sure you label it clearly!)

If you're both living at the same address, then give that address. Is your wife going to move back to the states before are?

Thanks for the help! good.gifgood.gif No she's not.. we will be going back at the same time. I just wanted to show that her domicile will still be there. But I guess it's more of where you are at than where the permanent address is?

The g-325a is a biographical form to establish who you are so they can do your background checks. Yes write down everything as is right now. :)
