But why would you have to pay taxes in Poland? What do they base the taxes on when you count 1, 3, many?

Yeah, I'm working on SG taxes. Trying to figure out if I'm gonna have to pay non-resident rates (which seems likely for 2015). Gah.

Talk with a tax-counselor at the gov office. They LOVE getting phone calls. So, call when yer at work.

2015? for 2014 tax year? I will guess a bit, as yer still in Singapura for a bit during 2014.

The good part? No double tax on any USA income for 2014, for the 2015 tax-wrapup for Slingapuree

And speaking of international nonsense, do any of you/your foreign spouses have to vote in your/their countries of origin? Voting is obligatory in Ecuador, and I've been told when the elections roll around again hubby will have to vote, but I really have no clue where we'd do that. I guess maybe the embassy in DC? But that seems improbable, if all Ecuadorian immigrants are expected to travel from all over the country to vote at that one place. Who knows.

And in Poland it's known as "April Fool's Day"

There's a formula the Polish IRS use, here it is....

X = 0.5Y x 2

X= What you owe

Y= What you owe
