Thanks! happy.png Very excited to start working and get moneyyy! It's a temp job for now, but there's always the possibility I could get signed on for longer. And, if not, a few months' wages will come in handy anyway, as will the experience. kicking.gif I haven't even told hubby yet. He'll be excited! jest.gif

Do you want a bar or just a room that's manly? lots of seating or not very much? Things on the walls or just some good colours? A gigantic TV? Sports themed?

I want......

a 50 inch TV is enough. No need sports themed. That autographed pic of Julie Chu is going on the wall tho :)

Good manly colors, not colours.....

no need for lots of seating.....

I was a avid motorcycle rider, so may be a bit of that...

Good manly "colors", dark rust or a deep warm red (will be without purple undertones), deep green (example: PANTONE 19-6311 TPX ), warm darker blues (example: Pantone 18-4434 TPX Mykonos Blue) , and keep it clean with light slate, light beige, and black. IMHO.

If you want the "hug" feeling it's best to stick with warm colours. Keep it to a single wall or paint them all the same as the room is small and dark colours can make it feel smaller. Using light trim can offset that however. Man caves look too girly without some black or wood and I'm sure you don't want it too look like your man cave was designed by a woman. biggrin.png

That's just funny. You know I've recommended her to you, in position #2, for the replacement. Still, it's nice to know someone else shares my sentiment where yer concerned!
