Not good that she spends all her money on her family. We help my wife's family out, but it comes out of joint funds and is discussed. I've yet to say no to anything and she doesn't get carried away. Gifts on birthdays and Christmas I understand, but it sounds like Tiff is creating a transfer the wealth program between her household to her family. She's got all this great stuff, so why shouldn't the family back home have a piece of it? Guilt with living the good life? You made it too easy, so what else is she going to do with her money? And why spend it on you and the daughter when you have more than enough to spend on all you needs and wants? Just brain storming what's going on in her head.

He can't park it, he's not legal to drive. If he was stopped on a road where its a legal parking spot he could have left it. Otherwise a licensed driver better be there before the tow truck or its getting impounded. Happened to a friend of mine who woke me up at 2:00am to come drive his car home for him due to no valid license.

Police can issue a citation or arrest, its up to the officer. Unless you piss the officer off, you're just going to get a citation, and towed.

1 - Talking ain't working. She's going on the defensive. Maybe your approach is viewed as an attack?

2 - It would highly depend where he is and the discretion of the officer. Lots of communities in Minnesota have no overnight parking on all roads. In other words there would be no close place for him to park. Besides the city gets a cut of the impound fee, and Crystal no doubt wants that money, as they love to raise money with tickets to.
