back to #1 son. I wish the kid would come around. But I reiterate that he's the absolute worst kid I've ever seen.

Several things is in his destiny in the near future....

He will no longer be the center of attention. (Here or Malaysia, other SIL in Malaysia is prego)

He will have to fight for attention

He will not have the luxuries that he had in Malaysia

He will have to cope with it .

I hope he fares well...

ah - kinesthetics, with metal !! [what the heck is that, you ask?]

put wildchild into food cart. load food cart onto boat. drop food cart into harbour.

Mischief Managed!

[food card registered to Gump, so they'll come after him, later, during the forensics sweep]

LMAO what a solution...why would I wanna commit a felony (In the USA).....

wait, gotta play with the kid.......

yes, yes, keep thinking.

as a poutine officianado and sometimes gourmand,

I have been experimenting, off and on, these last 3 years,

with the proper drippings/grease for the gravy and the right type o cheese curds.

I have been making all from scratch, not relying on any import firm. I don't do it every day, or even every week, but it's a 2 day slog when I'm busy with it.

I make this stuff from scratch, and I think I've a better gravy than most wink.png

omg - i must be really , exceptionally cranky today,

as

I've had emotional outburts about curry laksa and poutine, two of my 3 fav comfort foods. OMG.

I haven't found cheese curds anywhere around here. I did bring some back with me from Canada this past summer. The rest I can make from scratch also, I just haven't tried to make cheese curds yet.

You need some comfort foods, to change your mood maybe?

cheese curds is easy to make. do need 2 big pots, though.

Maybe living in NYC and going to school will set him right. The other kids at school aren't going to put up with him being quite so wild. How old is this kid? Was he in school in Malaysia?

Idealy, I want Tiff to see things from a different angle. It's better for one day if I'm not around anymore. I need her to see without me intervening. That this is just a bad kid. And that he's not ours to raise, or provide for.

4 minutes of him in Elizabeth's toy collection, a thump, then a crying Elizabeth and a pile of broken toys,

and maybe she can witness the aftermath.

I've a theory that she's not going to see actual occurences, that the kid will be sneaky and no adult will see him demolishing anything. Sure, they'll see the carnage afterwards, but.

Are you up for the destruction headed your way? I know I wouldn't be, but I'm old school, corporal punishment; my wife is also.

Perhaps if you budget now, say maybe 8K for replacements for the first 5 weeks, you might be ok. Maybe.

Yes he was, first living with Gump parents. (Remember? i mentioned that they agreed to watch him?) Then was dropped off at my in laws last january, and told to never return...

He's 6 now. I dunno how they're gonna manage.

The story goes on....

Gump's parents sold Gump's little brother to a family in Singapore back in...the early 70s?

So that's the setting for Gump's background.....

My SIL is a retard for marrying him.

My daughter does not have 8k worth of toys lol.

Destruction expected, yes. Replacement, no problem.

My kid is a generous person who readily shares with others. (Once more, I don't like to praise my child). She will cry. But she's quite disciplined, like a jarhead. She won't whine much. A tough little cookie.

Most important thing here is for Tiff to understand that Gump's family is not our family.

Some British boarding schools start taking them at 8. Seriously, though, does NYC have any behavior modification schools? They usually are publicly advertised as such, but such schools can be found.

Do you guys remember when I was in Malaysia? I complained about the cold shoulder my daughter got?

In retrospect....could it be that her aunts and uncle, grandparents, were actually jealous that my kid is better than "their" kid?

They want the #1 son to be better? Smarter? More well liked? Is that what it is? In part or in whole?

i quoted the wrong post but i'm too lazy to go back and find the right one. was just gonna say that if you were gonna put exlax in anyone's food, it shouldn't be anyone living in your house. otherwise, hope you have someone to clean the bathrooms three-four times/day.

I'm curious to find out how gump and co's next kid will turn out.

Will it be influenced by #1 son?

Or is ti just in the genes?

Will social conditioning matter?

Will Gump learn from the failures of the recent past?

Looks like another day of dining out over here in Brooklyn........

20 bucks says he doesn't

Schoolteachers in Malaysia should be pretty hardcore, no? My cousins in KL are in constant fear of the "rotan", i.e. cane, their teachers keep in the desk.

Flying to Seattle on 6 May 2014!

You should know that NYC has the best schools.....for the elite. As well as private schools.

Our public schools are broken down (except like bronx science, and a few others)

Gump, is not the elite, his kid, is not the gifted.....

Btw, my kid did well on the talented and gifted aptitude....

^. Maybe worth a shot.

I've noticed that with some families, like my ex in laws that there is an incredible amount of comparing grandchildren. It was a big deal that my daughter was lighter and more lively than her cousin. Everything to them is about achievement, being better, or being more unique in some way.
