Huge.

Not very. 1/4ish.

But I am adventurous, if that counts?

OK la - I will write a longish missive after 8 PM today, my local time. It will probably mirror/echo my carefully crafted response to whats-his-name's topic, as well.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Yah, who let you sneak into the state? You need to be Vietnamese, Hmong, or Lao, to get let in here. Or at least you'd guess thats the case by the number of them here.

BTW do you know any place that has Singapore spicy crab in this city?

It's not too hard to make from scratch, the base is pretty much just ketchup + chilli + seasoning + cornflour and then egg stirred in at the end. I like to add preserved soybean as well.

Flying to Seattle on 6 May 2014!

Oh, I believe in "Minnesota Nice"..

I think it is hard to make friends in Minnesota...

Do tell, since we are thinking of moving to MN.

Supposedly our house sale delay is due to their mortgage broker leaving the bank several weeks ago, has created a bit of a back log.

I got the "oh is that in China?" question a lot too. rolleyes.gif

People think I'm hispanic in the US. Actually...I should totally learn Spanish. Now that would be useful.

My wife gets the are you hispanic also, and are you native American, phrased as are you indian though.

She does likely have some Hispanic or Spanish in her family line, but she's still all Filipino.

She could probably learn Spanish very easily to, as her first language has many modified Spanish words. When we're at restaurants with Hispanic workers she can hear, she's always commenting on how much she understands of what they're saying.

Tis the best I've found, for shutting down an adversary for 24 to 48 hours. Repeat as needed.

like repeat every 12 hours.

what a busy couple of days I've had....I can't even relax now.

I'm going to have to take a couple of days off.

One of the company cars got into a T-bone (not T-bag) collision this morning. 2 of my employees went to the hosp. We now have like 4 pregnancies and 2 injured going on.....that's 6 people out in a company of 25+5. Or about 25% of my work force....

what do I do Skip?

go find a new company to work for? lol

Call a 30 day company holiday.

There are at lot of Filipinos who are easily mistaken for South Americans. Your wife looks more towards the Asian side though. Ex-husband's family looked kind of Maori - big, tall, very Pacific Island looking. Although pictures of one side of his family I have trouble telling apart the Filipinos from Mexicans and Asians, not that it matters.

I have not found a place that sell Singapore spicy crab in the twin cities yet..

This place is not bad for Malaysian/South East Asia food.

http://peninsulamalaysiancuisine.com/home.html

There is currently a Groupon deal for it.

https://www.groupon.com/deals/peninsula-malaysian-cuisine-1

There was supposed to be one in White Bear Lake, but when I went there, it turned out they had closed down.

I think I'm going to try Peninsula place, it looks really good.
