On a different note, I fired optimum, and hired Fios. Been waiting for years to do it. Fios just became available on my block this week.

We should be firing Comcast...we've been on and off and on and off internet for the past week. It is a known issue and we've had a team of trucks out here to attempt to fix it before. What happens is they fix our internet so it is super fast and great and then our next door neighbor's goes to #######, so he calls. They come and make his great and ours goes to ####### and the cycle repeats itself over and over and over.

DSL is pretty slow where we are, so there aren't too many options.

Verizon in essence became a complaint dept for comcast, cablevision, time warner, and optimum. Thats all they hear. Buy VZ stocks.

That's why people are leaving all these companies and going to Verizon in droves.....

I've been waiting for 3 years for Fios to get here. Til now, optimum and direct TV were the only game in town.

We were just happy when in the last year we could get 4G and an actual cell phone signal in and around the house. You'd think I live in the middle of nowhere, but no...the ocean seems to mess things up.

Yep, just checked DSL, fastest speed they offer here is the "basic" at 768 kb. LOL.

The comcast is fast when it isn't cycling like this, but I'm about to blow my top. I guess I'm going to be having to do school work and the online quizes in the library and such.
