morning everyone,

tested new smoothie today - pineapple, ginger, banana, coconut yogurt, raw honey, almond milk and of course nutritional yeast.

pork in slow cooker, will be pulling it and adding bbq sauce in 7 hours. :) weeeee

read up on all kinds of things regarding my interview and will keep reading stuff. *fingers crossed* also, you are the only people that know - don't want to jinx it.

GC received on the 28th of February, 2014 - no interview, no additional RFE's

I also threw in some Kirkland Ts for the FIL, they can't get high quality cotton over there.

He loves those to wear on his plantation.

I was listening to a program on making t-shirts on public radio just a while ago. America grows the best cotton, which makes the most expensive t-shirts. But they're made wherever the labor cost is lowest in the world. The cotton making up the highest cost component in the t-shirt.

It really amuses me when my husband says 'beach'. happy.png

My wife has learned how to correctly say beach and sheet before she ever touched ground in the USA. I still snicker a bit when hearing it over there. Was on Mindoro island once, and all the taxi and jeepney drivers kept calling out "White Beach". Those in the know, know exactly what that sounds like, it was hard to keep a straight face. And since the location also has many European visitors, including women, well some were a little shocked upon their arrival on the island. Imagine 20 or 30 males all shouting White b#$#$ at you as you step off the ferry laughing.gif

Hubs has the day off too but except for xmas, and sometimes even that day, retail works. I wonder if I get time and a half today?
