The Northeast has its own salary charts that's far different than the rest the the nation (except Cali)

Vets make a fortune here too...

Yes, we do have our own salary charts, but the COL is also higher so it is commiserate. I remember 6 years ago or so in CO being so happy getting paid $9 to do a cash office job (I had another part time one that paid better). Same job months later in CT with less responsibility (was not allowed access to the safe) and I was paid at least $4 more. You can't get an apartment around here making $13/hour, but in CO getting one making $9 was no problem.

I think if they had seen a picture first, some assumptions could have been avoided. rofl.gif

Unfortunately, theres a lot of schooling to become an animator. If she can be an artist, then more power to her! All that matters is people find it pleasing and want to buy. One of my daughters tried the etsy.com site. Hasn't worked out for her though.

She's on this art website, she has sold a few of her drawings. What was your daughter trying on etsy?

The stirring spoon doesn't behave quite right in the new X-1 experimental coffee mug.....the bottom is a little too narrow, reducing the maximum elliptical stirring velocity......thus not dissolving the sugar property to epitomize the taste........

Hmmm WWE on ice...I wonder if that would sell.

That's called 'Hockey' in North America.

There's Costumes, ice skating, rad music, and synchronized skating, along with the body-pounding.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

And now. For my next selfless act. Go sit in 2 hrs of traffic to go 17 miles to Newark. Just so the lil brat gets to see Pocahontas on skates.....

I can't wait for Alexis to sit still long enough to take her to stuff like that.

I never got to do that with the older kids, nothing came to no where land.
