I'm still dealing with Symantec. They still have no idea how to fix their software. I started this dang process 7 hours ago. why couldn't I have gotten a good tech?

After starting with the Symantec Support Department at 7:00 am central time, a bit after 2:30 PM central time and they've off logged without solving the problem.

This never happened when they were Veritas. I feel I've wasted an entire day today.
