Seriously, grrrrrr.....so both parties have signed the house closing and their mortgage company was supposed to disburse funds....ohhhh, but no, they need more proof of where the buyer's down payment is from.

Hubs is actually happy to spend v-day with me... I'm honestly surprised and we'll see how it goes, I don't have high hopes, but he likes being romantic when the mood strikes him, not because he has to be. My ex didn't believe in presents or anniversaries, birthdays and every other thing he could come up with to avoid spending money. The problem was he expected all those things for him. What really hurt when he would go out of his was to get his mom something.

I'm still very bitter over many things from that marriage.

I do truly hope yours wakes up soon.

Just because I'm smart and hardworking, why do people think I can just "handle, learn, and do" everything even when it is not my job? Ugh Ugh, Ugh, I'm a team player and all but how come noone helps my team? I'm always helping by working on collaborative projects with outside departments, why am I being over used, I am going to burn out - It's ridiculous!

Ugh I hate that, it's supposed to be a give and take not take take take. One of the reasons why I will not go back into Nursing, it was very much like this and then it's your neck.
