Super Bowl XII was and will ever remain the most boring in history.

I still remember one of the commentators saying, "Man, this is the best football that I've ever seen!" My reaction was "What game are you watching, and on what planet?"

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

groundhogs are for the smaller states.

Here in Texas - we use a Longhorn steer.

No groundhogs, no woodchucks... the steer's name is Ground Chuck, however.

Grammatical question: Why don't we say "shone up my shoes," huh man?

Reminds me of this one: The male offspring of a rural agriculturalist moved to the city as a footwear technician. Now, the farmer makes hay while the son shines, si man.

Not enough dishes to warsh (Texas spelling) tonight, no man; cat is asleep in contiguous chair and might not realize that the next trip downstairs is "it" for the night, so cat-ministry is uncertain; therefore, prep and zzz, man.

surreptitiously posting from the office...

- was completely oblivious to superbowl until i discovered jonas spoke football (seriously it has never come up in the 2.5 years i've known him)

- go seahawks!

- morning was super busy...had a ton of emails festering in my inbox over the weekend (i am leaving in 90 days,so have zero motivation to look through emails over the weekend).

- our boss was "sick" on the two days preceding the CNY break and "sick" again today, she does this every year. so glad i don't have to deal with this BS for much longer.

- went out for a nice lunch with the girls from the office to b!tc# about our boss' disappearing act. ended up at starbucks and was told that they are out of white chocolate mocha islandwide. very sad. sad.png

- i am counting down the days (4) till i go on vacation. it'll just be a short weekend trip to KL with my mom and sis but we have a full spa day planned mmm. maybe they'll have white chocolate mocha at the starbucks there...
