that venison and scallions and ginger looks really good Steve. Now I am officially hungry despite the fact that I don't eat meat...I would try it for sure.

Oh I miss venison sausages we make at home.

Played dominos with the parents today ! I had a burst of good mood hormones or something and could not stop laughing. I wish this would last, its so much fun.

Mmmm...venison sausage....

Home-made, meat hunted by dad. I just practice shoot a plastic bowl or target on garage door, don't think I could kill anything. I do trip over the dogs often enough that one of them is bound to get killed but that is about it.

Another thing on the bucket list - make sausages, gotta get the machine and practice with mixes. Aaaaand rambling.

man European hunting is no fun.....too much work.

we Americans are lazy azz hunters.

1- Use stalking cameras to determine route, time, and feeding habits of semi-domesticated wild animals.

2- Train animals to arrive at certain predetermined times by feeding them. So we can shoot them by appointment.

3- Drive ATV to tree stand with giant backpack full of coffee, provisions, and heat packs enough to last 3 days.

4- Maintain radio contact with other members of the hunting party to see if they spooked anything on their way in.

5- Arrive at tree stand 15 minutes before animal arrives to ask for food.

6- Break out binoculars just in case you can't see past 25 yards. Break out thermos and drink coffee.

7- When animal arrives, promptly dispatch.

8- Break out thermos again, and enjoy more coffee.
