Ack, I would die! My tongue, and perhaps whole face, would feel like it was burning out of my head. My husband shakes his head and says I need to 'condition' myself and learn to eat spicier foods. Though I think that would take away the enjoyment he gets watching me suffer in my mild-only wimpiness.

I read somewhere that if you have lots of taste buds you are less likely to eat hot foods. One of the reasons birds can eat all the very hot peppers is they don't have taste buds.

1. It has been my observation that Mrs are very good at putting remotes where they do not belong. Asking them where they may have put it is akin to asking a teenager if he was drinking your liquor from the cabinet and adding water. You know they did it, but they'll never admit it. Strangest place I ever found a missing TV remote, was in her car.

2. I think the keyringer remote would be the next thing the Mrs would put away in an unfindable location.

I was at the gorilla cage at the zoo some years ago, watching a pair of gorillas, and someone near me observed, "The male is the one with the TV remote."

Si, man. However, they talk so fast that I'll never understand more than a fleeting word or two. (In fairness, the speed is probably because 99.44% of their words are longer than their English counterparts, and speakers would grow old before they ever finished their sentences, see man.) And there are many variations -- Argentinian Spanish allegedly sounds like Italian, Puerto Rican Spanish is allegedly the worst grammatically because they sprinkle so much English in there, and Ecu alone has approximately 14,893 dialects, see man.
