Oh ####### you taught me something new lol.....

That's why we call you The Professor lol

As I mentioned its kind of hard to get rid of US citizenship once you have it. Some countries do require you to renounce citizenship in any other country when you take citizenship in their country though.

Equipment failures, you have til sundown next business day to repair and reinspect to avoid fine. There's a form that the police have, they can reinspect and fill out form

Ok, for wacko, one fiddy....

I better get to work for a bit. Talk to you klars later.....

Thats what we call fix it tickets, and they give you a bit more time than 24 hours here. I think its a week to get it fixed.

In my wife's country they don't get that option. She had a headlight die on way home from renewing her driver's license there. With any ticket, they take your drivers license away and you need to go stand in line all day to get it back after paying a fine. She had just spent all day at their DMV and she refused to go do it again. Heck she was coming to the USA in a few months any how. So her sister who didn't drive yet went and spent all day there and paid the fine for her. laughing.gif Thats an example of how stubborn my wife can be though.

Thanks Stretch.....very very very frustrating. On top of that, Tiff not helping with moral support. Elderly folks sick, etc.....

Woes growing exponentially.....

You know some competent nail gril krewe members - I say hire 3 part time, put em on rotating shifts this week and next.

I posted a picture in The Worlds most interesting man thread about that. But only northerners are going to get the joke in it.

I had to go look. That is so true.

The part I hate is that the doctors offices close when the school closes too. They are nuts here!

I was in Tennessee when it snowed an inch one time. By the way they drove in an inch of snow, I understand why they shut the town down. It was like bumper cars on their roads, no one knew a thing about driving when its slippery.

Oh they definitely can't drive in snow, heck they go nuts when it rains around here. Just hard for me thinking like a northerner.

My wife freaks out when it rains to. She learned to drive in the Philippine and there driving in the rain is something else. For one the drainage systems are horrible, and this in a country that is tropical rain forest, so roads frequently get flooded to be impassable. Also pedestrians, scooters, bicyclists, cars, jeepneys, 10 wheelers, and busses all drive with seemingly no rules. There system works (I don't really understand how but it does) when visibility is good, but in the rain they're its a nightmare. That fear got deep seated in her driving over there, and it has yet to ease up since she started driving here. She actually is better when it snows rofl.gif

We'll ship some down to you when you need a day off. Just spread it around out in front of the local news channel's office building and they should shut down the city for a day or two.

Oh I can see how that would be scary. But they don't have that excuse here, I'm not talking about when they get tornado just simple rain nothing horrible.

Hi Cary ! Bite Me !

I can't even blame the Canadiens for the cold weather this time, as this is an arctic front that escaped.

Yeah, W-2s are here!

How long would you give Sotheby's before harassing them for payment? It has been almost a week since payment was due (and that is after their 35 day deadline).

I'd have been on the phone the day after the deadline.

I'd have been on the phone the day after the deadline.

I emailed and they say that other people haven't received them as well, so wait a couple of days and maybe they will resend if not received. Kind of need it to because the estate does not have the cash to keep paying these 1k electric/heat bills.

Taxes are done, though. dancin5hr.gifdancin5hr.gif
