Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

If you wanna fight it. I'll show you from what defense to fight it, from what angle. I just have to look over the MN VTL, and call my shyster friend that argues traffic tickets all day long for a living.

If he's being accused of say, a red light or speeding, then you must argue the technicality of the summons, the whole circumstance.

If he's being accused of being an unlicensed op, then you must argue from one section of the VTL that trumps the unlicensed op section.

Ignorance to the law (I didn't know) is not an out.....

but he didn't get pulled over for being an unlicensed operator. What did he get pulled over for? is there more than one violation?

Friends and Wacko rate....two fiddy........

See, I thought it sounded weird when they explained it to me. I should know better than to trust Ecu officials to explain how my own citizenship works. headbonk.gif

I have friends who have kids already, I just don't feel like I'm in a place to have any at the moment. I mean, I'm still living with my mom. mellow.png I'm sure we'll give it more though in a few years. I'd like to finish college first. My MIL had three kids by the time she was our age, so you can understand her worry. God forbid someone have different ambitions than her. rolleyes.gif

I've often seen where people in other countries always want to assume the USA works the same as their country. USC's make the same assumption about other countries to.

Mother's always want to see their children have kids. My wife and I having the discussion, kid now or vacation to her homeland first. Having the kid first might mean a long time until we can visit her family again. But if we go there, her mother is going to be all over us about when we're having a baby. Its a catch 22 for us laughing.gif

Depends on which country. You can't have dual citizenship with USA and North Korea.

Only if North Korea requires you to renounce your US citizenship. Otherwise unless you join its armed forces or ran for political office, you'd be OK.

I posted a picture in The Worlds most interesting man thread about that. But only northerners are going to get the joke in it.

Equipment failures, you have til sundown next business day to repair and reinspect to avoid fine. There's a form that the police have, they can reinspect and fill out form

Ok, for wacko, one fiddy....
