Hi Folks, I received an email from NVC with the standard checklist email. It has standard instruction and list all the standard documents which needs to be sent to NVC. Since my attorney had already sent all the original documents and I-864 with supporting documents to NVC in December, how do i interpret this notice? How do i verify if i have to do anything or its a false checklist?

If it does not ask for anything specific then it could be a false one. Did you call up NVC and check with them whether they recieved the docs (IV and AOS)?
