I tried to set an info pass appt for Philadelphia, Pa. I was told no service adopts we're being taken check back later!

I realized that it has only been 4 months, but it don't want to be forgotten. I also called USCIS and was told that my case is in Missouri and to expect an additional 7 months. I am so frustrated right now.

This isi true. All you can do is wait. 4 months isn't even the normal processing time. Hang on. An Infoopass will do nothing for you and they probab;y wouldn't see you anyway.

The CR1 process from start to finish takes about a year total.

My wife is from the Philippines I filed her petition Jan.19th 2013 with the USCIS

and received NOA1 with priority date of Jan.22nd 2013. We were approved by

the USCIS on Nov.4th 2013. That is a period of about 9.5 months from NOA1

to NOA2 and during that time I had 2 info passes but scheduled my 1st one

after 8 months of waiting and nothing happened. I waited 3 weeks and scheduled

my 2nd info pass and actually talked to the immigration officer who 4 days later

approved my wife's petition. After approval by the USCIS on Nov.4th our file was

transferred Nov.8th to the NVC. On Nov.13th 2013 I asked for expedite at the NVC

stage and was approved so our file was sent directly to the embassy. Dec.18th she

had her medical exam and passed. Jan.6th 2014 she had her interview and Jan.8th

2014 she received her visa. Info passes do work just wait a little bit longer.

Best Of Luck
