My husband work in construction company on gov't project. They are always laid off during winter and called back to work after. He is receiving unemployment benefit 2 weeks after our papers were received for processing at National Benefits center . We have not yet received any reply/update after my biometrics. Please advise on what next step should we do.

Time line:

Nov. 12 2013 - got married

nov. 18, 2013 - papers sent

nov. 19, 2013 - received in National Benefits Center

Dec. 02, 2013- biometrics appt letter received

Dec. 18, 2013 - biometrics done in Fargo, ND

I-485 still in accepted status, I-130 still in initial review, I-765 still in accepteed status. I'm a B-2 visa holder which expired on nov. 20, 2013

There is nothing you can do, now you just wait and hope that they accept your husband's seasonal job as sufficient to support you, you are still within the 90 days for the EAD so you just have to wait. If they have an issue with your husband's income then they will likely issue a RFE about it, does he easily clear the poverty line for annual income?

Yes, taxable income last year was 65k. I was just worried because some have received their appointment letter only after a month of filing and also that the status of their application change to initial review only after a few weeks. Thank you for your reply.
