Is anyone here that USCIS didnt cash out the money in 3 weeks after received package?

Our package was recieved by USCIS Friday, Januay 10th - the cheque was cashed today (Jan 15th) and our NOA1 was sent out via email yesterday (Jan 14th).

Thank u for tell me ... At least is a relief... My god!! I cant believe we did such a stupid thing!!! How long will take for us to get the package? sad.png any idea?

At least you already knew now why they still don't cashed it yet. When your fiance get the package, ask him to write down the list and posted here. We will try to help as best as we can what you need to include to your I-129F package and avoid possibility to get an RFE that could delay the processing. Sorry dear you have been through this. My advise, spent a bit time here and read other people 's post. I did it about 2 years prior my fiance filing our I-129F.

Goodmorning everyone from greece!!

So my fiance called uscis yesterday and explain them whats going on and the lady told him that about the first time he called and they told himto wait 30 days was a mistake. He has the right even without case number to ask info about the package. So they kept his imfo and they called him back after an hour to tell him whats going on. So they told him that they sent back the package and we ll get it anytime this week.

At least now i know whats going on!! Everyone here was telling me to wait 30 days. The lady on the phone told to my fiance that if u dont receive and email or text on the next 10 days that uscis received the package then u can call and ask for info about ur package. If they sent u an email that they have receive the package (g1145) and u havent get the noa1 then u have to wait 30 days.

Meanwhile :

July 2013 : My fiancé apply for his citizenship.

November 2013 : My fiancé become an American citizen.

OH MY GOD!! The receipt says 341$ wooooow!!!!

I ll have a heart attack now!

In case they send us the package back and we fix the money order we ll have to change the dates? Cause if so i ll have to send to my fiance the biographic form again and the letter to intent cause of the signature :( and takes 2 weeks from greece to usa to send something! Ohhhh my god

What's the check value? I would think $1 is the money order fee + 340 money order check.

Try Go to the post office and check it.

Well we have the package on our hands! We gave us a case number and they just told us that they papers are ok( are signed) and we just have to fix the fee. They also told to put on top the paper they sent us so we dont lose time!! Im soooooo happyyyyy

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

Glad it wasn't too much of a delay! ;) If he is a football fan, I suggest you find out when the biggest game of the season is on, then bombard him with questions about the game via text message/Skype while it is being televised. :P

Yes yes!! Thats a good one!! But i must find something worst! To be scared. Hmmmm once i put him toothpaste while he was sleepying... He didnt understand anything... He just make a mess of hiself!! Hehehehehehe
