Is anyone here that USCIS didnt cash out the money in 3 weeks after received package?

I really wonder if only us are the unlucky couple who sent their package to USCIS on December 23 received it on the 24 and still now January 15 they havent even cash out the money!!!

I just wonder if someone has any similar story to tell me!

First where did you send your package?

You bad with a US bank check?

Have you called them to inquire?

So we sent it with USPS Express Mail and courier delivery

USCIS

Attn: I-129F

2501 South State Highway 121 Business

Suite 400

Lewisville, TX 75067

We sent it on December 23 and the next day they received it and mr B Sullivan sign it.

We sent a money order with western union. We call everyday to see if they cashed it out but nothing yet..

We called them and they told us to wait 30 days they cant reply to any of our questions. We email them too but no answer!! We dont know what to do!! We are getting crazy! I dont think thats normal. Something is wrong

Well just hang in their you NOA1 will be coming soon. I would not worry about it needlessly. I think becauae being expect quick response it always happends and it could have just be a logjam of petitions that week seeing it was a holiday week. Just keep following the money.

341$ and yes we have the g1145 on top of the papers no text to email. U think everything is ok? I think maybe they lost it or something

You have $341. It's $340. You sure you did $341. a ppeeny more will get it sent back to you. A friend just did ears for $350.

In case they send us the package back and we fix the money order we ll have to change the dates? Cause if so i ll have to send to my fiance the biographic form again and the letter to intent cause of the signature and takes 2 weeks from greece to usa to send something! Ohhhh my god

Yes they will return it. get the correct money order and just send it all back. Nothing needs to be changed at all. Just a slight delay nothing more. But now you know why. That should be a relief. You could do it all same day Sorry though.

We sent our package out on 6th, noa1 email 10th and money order cashed on 13th ;-)

Ypu didn't have to start a whole new thread. You have to wait until the package comes like I said on the other one get a new money order and send back. It never made it to USCIS the lockbox sends it back. There's no opne to call.

I'm afraid to tell you this but that's exactly what happened to us and we got the whole package back. We had to submit it all again with the correct amount money order.
