Hi, I have a question about this form also. When it ask you about :Applicant's last address outside the United States of more than 1 year. If she has no address cause she always live in the Philippines then do you leave it blank or put "none" where it says street name and address?

Guys another thing.. when i put my address should I put that in English?

My address is " Rua Jorge Rudge" should i put " Street Jorge Rudge" ?

It says outside the US. Philippines are outside the US. Put the last place she lived more than a year in.
