How long after receiving EAD should we expect travel document?

We received the EAD a month ago and still have no news about the travel document. The site still reports they're reviewing our application. Is this normal? From what I've read, I thought the EAD and advance parole came together as one card.

Your AP should already be on your EAD card. Its an EAD/AP combo card.

On your EAD card at the bottom, what does it say?

Mine says: "serves as I-512 Advance Parole", which means it's a Combo Card

Nov 30th 2012.....Filed Petition I-129F

Dec 6th 2012.......NOA1 (VSC)

May 29th 2013.....File got transferred to TSC

June 18th 2013....NOA2 (after 196 days!!!)

July 9th 2013.......Case is sent to NVC

July 18th 2013.....Medical in Munich

Aug 28th 2013.....Interview in FRN - Approved!

Aug 30th 2013.....Visa in mail!

Sep 13th 2013.....POE Boston

Nov 12th 2013.....Wedding in Old City Hall, Boston

Oh wow, it does say that!

Then what the heck is "we received this I131 APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT," which is still under initial review according to the site.

???

I feel really, really dumb.

Sometimes they don't update the status.... But good to know, that you have the combo card as well :) And don't feel dumb - I was shocked at first when I saw that it just says "Employment Authorization Card" but then I read EVERYTHING that came with it and eventually saw the note about the Advance Parole ;)
