Timeline

Actually My wife is US citizen and we married in Japan on april 2013.

She applied I-130 for me on june 6th 2013 according to (NOA1). During that time she was planning to go back to USA, However

She got the Japanese visa for one year as my dependent. Until now we did not inform USCIS about her

address change from USA to Japan.

My question is ` Should I inform USCIS of her address change?? Although its too late.

Currently Our application just transferred to Nebraska Service center. Her mother received the hard copy of NOA1. We dont face any

problem for being continuing her US parmanent address. Please advice me weather we should inform USCIS ASAP or Keep her address as it is in USA

Is there any benefits(processed faster) for applying from outside of USA? please advise me
