Hello VJ users!

I recently just submitted my K1 case and received the NOA1 :) It got sent to the CSC for processing. The beneficiary lives in Seoul,Korea. My question is that in 3 months or so, she told me that her family is moving to a different part of the city in Seoul. The case/visa is going to get sent to her old address in Seoul. What should we do? We obviously don't want any wasted times or delay with mailing problems.

Please help!

Thank you!

I think you can call the USCIS hotline in regards with the matter specially when the Embassy packets/interview letters from korean embassy will be sent to her. But everything regarding your petition will be sent to you (applicant/petitioner) such as NOA2 etc... Call Hotline once they moved to their new house :)

The foreign beneficiary won't receive any written communication from the USCIS at the petition stage. Once you receive your NOA2, your case will be sent to the National Visa Centre (NVC) within two-eight weeks of the NOA2. You can update the beneficiary's mailing and email address by speaking to an agent at the NVC over the phone at the same time you get your new country-specific case number. At that point, you can also email the immigrant visa unit of the embassy with your new case number to let them know that the there has been an address change for the beneficiary and to send snail mail to that address instead.

Flying to Seattle on 6 May 2014!
