I-485 and I-130 concurrent filing..Just a few more questions. HELP!

I'm almost done with putting everything together, but have a few more questions from experts. My husband and I both graduated from college in 2013. We got married on NYE. I'm on OPT, and he's a US citizen. I was told to file 1-130 and I-485 packets. I'd appreciate if anyone can answer my questions below.

1. So, the fee for the concurrent filing is total of $1070 (I-485) + $420 (I-130) = $1490. Do I want to write separate checks and attach a check for $1070 in front of I-485 cover page and attach another check for $420 in front of I-130?

2. Do I want to separate I-485 and I-130? In other words...

1) Do I want to make two separate packages and put them in two DIFFERENT envelopes, then send them both to Chicago lockbox?

2) Do I want to make two separate packages and put them in the SAME envelope, then send it to Chicago lockbox?

3) or Do I want to put them together, in other words; putting in order of the overall cover, 1-130 cover, I-130 package, I-485 cover, 1-485 package to make a ONE huge stack and send it?

3. I'm on OPT, but I'm applying I-765 under a different eligibility category ©,9. It says I need to include all the doc related to my previous I-765 application. Do I just need a copy of my EAD card? or attach all the doc I submitted to get my current authorization? I feel like all the doc isn't really necessary because my EAD is already approved and they should have all the record. Also, do I need another passport photo for the new I-765 on top of the photos that's required for I-485?

Thank you for your time!

Hi it's better to send every thing together in one envelope with tracking, as for the money I think that you can just send the one check for the total amount.

Filed: AOS (apr) Country: Australia
Timeline

1. Two checks, one for $1070 the other $420

2. One envelope, we had a package + cover sheet for each and a cover sheet to tie them all together

3. I don't know, I'd say yes for sure on the additional photo and if it was me I'd include a copy of the previous i765 and supporting paper work along with a copy of the EAD but that is just my educated guess

Ok his is based on how I did mine but that is consisted with what a lot of people here did too -

1. Make 2 packages, one for the I-130 and another for the I-485

2. Make 2 checks, put the I-1485 check ($1070) in front of the first document for the I-485 package and put the I-130 check ($420) in front of the first document for the I-130 package

Put everyone in one big envelope. I took my two packages to Fedex and they found a good padded envelope that could fit both packages.
