Hello,

I am a USC who submitted I-130’s for my parents in July 2013. My parents have valid visitor’s visas and would like to come to the US for the summer (May through August). I understand that there is a risk when it comes to entering the country, but my father will have all supporting documents (bank statements, property records, return flight tickets, etc.) in-hand to show that they will be returning home. I just got a notice that their cases have been transferred to a regional center. If by any chance they get an approval while they are in the US, are there timelines/deadlines that I should be concerned about?

Anything that I need to file can get done. But if there are things that need to be done by them in the home country (medical, interview, etc.) within a certain timeframe, then I just want to be aware if they may need to cut their stay short.

Thank you.
