Received RFE HARDCOPY. HELP

I received the RFE hard copy and it's requesting evidence of a BONA FIDE MARRIAGE. We have a 15 month old and a baby on the way. The problem is, he wasn't here in the US when I gave birth, so he isn't on her birth certificate. She has the same last name as him, but since he wasn't at the hospital and we weren't married at the time of delivery, I wasn't able to add him to the birth certificate. In my daughters US passport she got a residency for Tonga where my husband is from, and it states that she is his daughter. Can I use that? And submit the birth certificate anyway and explain the situation. And include pictures of all of us and our marriage pics and all the travel stamps to Tonga on both of our passports? Because we don't own any property or even have bank accounts. So yea, if you have any suggestions please help. Thanks! :)

Besides What Olivet said and what you said, you can also include bank transfers or remittance transmission receipts between you and your husband if any. Any document where it shows you crossed paths or intermingle will help.

With me, i also used legal documents we filed in court for the legitimacy of our children claiming my husband to be there biological father, our petitioner. I did that after we got married.

(Luckily for me, they did not ask for a DNA test my kids looked very much like him! At the interview however, i was following someone in line who was given a 221g after the interview and was asked for a DNA test. Just an FYI.)

Going back to what we were talking about, I also submitted as proof of a bona fide relationship an "affidavit of cohabitation" witnessed and signed by third parties and notarized by the office of the judge that later held our civil wedding.

Good luck!

At the bottom of this wiki is a list of evidence you can submit to show proof of a genuine relationship: http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/EZGuideSpouse

You could submit her residency paper with him as the father along with anything you can from the list. :)
