:blush: just would like to find out if any one here has there I-601 wavers in vienna that is where my husbands waver went so i just wanted to see how long it takes them and see if any one has had good luck with them thank you

any one here going thu vienna austra my husbands i-601 was sent to. i need to ask if any one knows when me and my husband went to the embassey and filed the waver they said he got the 10 year bar for over staying then they said it was also some thing about mrisrepation has any ever seen some thing like that and if so is it really hard to get it aprove thank you all

my waiver went to vienna for prossing, just wanted to know if any one else has a waiver there

yes my case is in vienna i apply in 28 august 2006 I'm waiting

Vienna new is adjudicated june* applicant

i meet my husband in 1999 in august i had came to fl to visit my sister thats when i meet him so then i came back move to fl in sept of 1999, i stayed with my sister and he did to til dec 19th 1999 then he went back to romanina a week later me and my sister went there to visit stayed 2 weeks and was there over the new year of 2000 then i came back home in fl we keep in touch then about 9 moths later he came back we stayed to gethere i found my own place he and we stayed togethere thats when we really wanted to be togethere but him being married at the time he needed to go back get a divorce and take care of his mother because he was a only child, so when he went to come back they denied him, so i filed a i-129 after severl months went by i got the letter from the i-129 he had to make a appoment to the embassey well when he went they diened the visa i was very up set so i called the woman told me she didnt think he loved me and something about him trying to come here the wrong way i hope you can understand what iam writing its hard for me to spell very good.then she went on about him not getting his divorce right away we both told her that when he tryed at the time his wife would not give it to him so he was going to come here and get the divorce, so i ask her what can we do to get him he soon she told me i would have to come there and marrie him the come back to th usa and file the i-130 so in march 2005 i went there we married i came back filed all the papers then in aug 2005 i found out i had cancer agian after 6 years this time it was worse me and my husband have had nothing but trouble trying to bring him home , so after a few more months in june 2006 the i-130 was aproved and he had to go back to the embassey again this time i went there to go with him well agian this time they said we had to file a waiver i-601-i-212 they ask me why i didnt stay there or even why i didnt come to visit after we married i told her what had happin since then from 2005 aug til now ive had to have suguary 8 times we both are very depressed over every thing but well thats where we stand now i dont know much with writing a hardship letter and after finding this place i dont think my lawyer knows how eather iam just sick wondering if my waiver will be aproved thanks all for reading my sad story i really wish you all a good news on your waivers
