What to do first?

Timeline

I Paid my IV fee, and now there is DS 260 is available for me. but i haven't submit my sponsor yet because i am not done with my tax return for 2013 because i am waiting for my w2. So what to do should i finish DS 260? or should i wait to do sponsor first?

If your IV package is ready do it all now. You don't have to have AOS do first. Get DS-260 and package out the way why not.

Case Complete to Interview spreadsheet

From now on your VJ Member name will be verified. If the name you put on form to be added to spreadsheet comes up not found, you will not be added to the spreadsheet. If you don't have a timeline you will not be added to the spreadsheet.

3/31/2020: submitted service request for being pass normal processing time
4/7/2020: Card being produced
4/8/2020: Approved
4/10/2020: Card mailed
4/15/2020: 10 year green card received

5/21/2019: NOA1 Date
6/13/2019: Biometrics Appt
2/27/2020: Citizenship Interview
4/7/2020: In queue for Oath Ceremony to be scheduled
6/19/2020: Notice Oath Ceremony scheduled

Thanks for the reply, now i am gonna do the DS-260 first. but how about can i send my AOS to NVC as soon as i am done with tax return? or my wife has to bring at consulate??

Your AOS is ready to send in when you have paid. No you hav eto send to NVC and it be reviewed and accepted.

Dont need to wait for 2013 tax returns. Send I864 and tax returns filed for 2012. Your wife can take updated one during the interview and after you are done with tax returns for 2013. April 15 is the date people can file their taxes and its just January right now.

It will save your time.

thanks for the reply. I just talked with NVC and that lady said same thing that you said. she said we just need your 2012 tax return.

now my question is i don't have enough income on tax return 2010, and 2011 but i have enough income on 2012. pls help.
