Hello everyone,

I entered in US with K-1 Visa, I got married last January 8, 2014 and now preparing my papers for my AOS, the questions below are confusing me and i am asking for your help. Thanks in advance.

1. In which Lockbox should i send my AOS packet? Is it in Chicago?

2. In form I765/EAD question no. 16. in which category should i fall? (a)(6)-K-1 Fiance Visa or ©(9) Pending Family Based I-485/Adjust Status?

3. What supporting documents or photo do I need for I-765 form / EAD?

4. What supporting documents or photo do i need for I-131 form / AP?
