For some reason she can 1-way yahoo me. She keeps asking me why I don't reply to her. Frustrating.

I did a tracert in command prompt and the ping from doesn't look good hopefully they get it fix or re-route the network because it's extremely frustrating.

Well, I guess it was the problem with the ISP in Vietnam. I got a a hard time to call my girl yesterday, but i was able to call her this morning on the Vonage phone. Well Huan, congratulation on your Package 3. I guess those guys at the consulate hold off of all Package 3 and send it together.

Andrew, did you girl send in the package 3 yet?

Hope we all get our Package 4 early in January. Man, It was so horrible on the way back here from Taipe yesterday. It got a lot of turbulence. I thought my airplane will crash. heheh. Oh well, i am back here in the state.

Glad you made it back safely. Package 3's DS-230 etc accepted 12/26 Thanks ! I think package 4 will arrive 3 weeks prior to interview. If the window is 2-4 month to interview ( usual ), then that would be packet 4 between start of February to start of April. However I'm concerned that the postal service & announcement will be still poor and a pick up of packet 4 will again be required.

Man, if the time frame for the interview will happen in March then my I-129F will be expired in the end of February. I guess we all need to ask for extended date on the visa application. If they have to go there and pickup the package 4 then i will be a problem cuz those girls at the booth are really rude to the Benficary. Anyway, let's hope for the best.

A message from my ITALKBB (VOIP) home phone.

Subject: TAIWAN EARTHQUAKE DISRUPTS ALL TELEPHONE AND INTERNET SERVICE IN ASIA

A strong earthquake and three powerful aftershocks shook southern China Sea near Taiwan on Wednesday, December 27, 2006. The quake damaged some undersea cables off the Taiwan coast. These lines route calls and process Internet traffic for several Asian countries.

Telephone and Internet service was disrupted across Asia cutting off 50 percent to 60 percent of overall internet service capacity affecting connections to China, Japan and Southeast Asia. Service from those countries to the US resulted in 90 percent of capacity loss. Many major telephone and Internet Companies are experiencing service interruption at this time.

Taiwan government officials claimed that the damaged portion of the cables will be pulled to the surface and repaired aboard ships. There will be communications difficulties in Taiwan, and additional telephone and Internet glitches in neighboring countries including Japan, China, Hong Kong and South Korea until the repair is completed.

At this time, you may be experiencing some poor quality issues when calling those Asian countries, especially Taiwan, China, and Hong Kong. Calls placed from China to the US using our China Phone Number or Call Back may not go through or have poor quality.

iTalkBB is working actively to assist the repair process in Asia, but we have very minimum control over this situation. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. We are confident that all communications will be restored when the cables are repaired. According to news sources the estimated time frame is about weeks.

Thank you for your support!

Yours sincerely,

The iTalkBB Team
