NOA 1 for I-130 was July 25, 2013, I Just received this email. Any guesses on processing time after a case is moved. Thanks!

My case was originally at NBC.

On January 13, 2014, we transferred this case I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN to another office for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action. Please follow any instructions provided on the notice. We will notify you by mail when a decision is made. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

We are June files and were transfered on 12/20/13 to texas and today 1/13/14 recieved our NOA 2 for our I130.Hope that helps.Best of luck!!

I got transfer today too but i don't know where. Good news is around the conner.

Yes...thank God for answered prayers...our faith has kept our heart during this long wait.

I also posted with the July I 130 filers thread. Dont see a place on the timeline to show file transfer.

December 8, 2010: Wedding date set; it will be on February 18, 2011!
February 9, 2011: Depart for China
February 11, 2011: Registered for marriage in Wuhan, officially married!!!
February 18, 2011: Wedding ceremony in Shiyan!!!
April 22, 2011: Mailed I-130 to Chicago
April 28, 2011: Received NOA1 via text/email, file routed to CSC (priority date April 25th)
April 29, 2011: Updated
May 3, 2011: Received NOA1 hardcopy in mail

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

This is a followup to yesterday. This morning 9 am another email. They have also updated online both times. I am trying not to get excited but I am excited!!!

The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address.
