Hi good day to all of you.

My husband who lives in Seattle is planning to file our I-130 next month after the releasing of income tax return. I just want some help if we are filing it correctly. I know this has been asked a million times but I just want some pointers from you guys. We are planning to file it in this order:

1. Cover letter

2. I-130 signed and dated

3. Processing fee

4. His g325a signed and dated

5. His passport size photo with his name written at the back (1pc)

6. My g325a signed and dated

7. My passport size photo with his name written at the back (1pc)

8. Colored photocopy of our marriage certificate

9. His proof of US citizenship

10. Bonafide of our marriage

a. Printed in A4 paper in colored are some of our wedding pictures both of us, with my families and friends, as well as his relatives from the Philippines.

b. Printed in A4 paper in colored are pics when we travelled last April.

c. Printed in A4 paper in colored are pics when I visited my mother and sister in law who had a two week vacation in the Philippines.

d. Our call logs (My copy) since he forgot to screenshot most of our conversations

e. Tickets, receipts, gifts

f. Wedding ring, wedding invitation

Is it ok if the pics are only printed in A4 paper? Not in a photo paper? I just printed it in an A4 paper so that we will be able to minimize the weight of the package. Like for example in A4 I can put like 8 to 10 pics. But if I will use photopaper I can paste like 3 or 4 pics in an A4 paper. I hope I did not confused you guys. And are we lacking something in our papers? Glad to hear your comments.

Btw, I am the beneficiary

And also since he is from Seattle, he will send it to Phoenix lockbox right?

I suggest that you also print the form G-1145. You will need to write your email address and telephone number if you wish to receive notification once your application is received by email and text.

About the bonafide of marriage, to tell you the truth, we did not send any just because I was saving that part for NVC stage when we will have to submit my husband's IV package. I have friends who went through the same and we didnt have any problem and our case was approved right away. But since you already have those ready, it should be ok if you send them anyway. I just think its not necessary at the USCIS stage though as long as you send your marriage certificate.
