But that's exactly what he was - your average, law abiding concealed carrying civilian walking into the movie theater. He walked out a murderer.

I'm not interested in proving that because it is largely irrelevant. As I stated, anyone with a CC permit is lawfully able to carry a concealed firearm into a movie theater here. How one obtained that CC permit is totally irrelevant in the context of this story. The fact remains that this person lawfully carried a concealed firearm into the movie theater and murdered another with it. The only reason that this murder could occur, the only reason that another young daughter gets to bury her father and another wife gets to bury her husband is that the perp was allowed to carry a firearm into the movie theater. That's the simple and painful truth.
