We are currently filling out our G-325A forms and are having slight troubles with my fiancees

residence of the last 5 years. She has been living and working in Germany for the past 5 months.

It only asks for the last adress outside the USA of more than 1 year, so do we mention

that she has been living in Germany at all since it wasn't more than 1 year or do we write it under the

question about her residence of the past 5 years? She has been here since August and plans to return to

the USA the beginning of february. She has also worked here under employment during that time.

Does she have to mention that too on the form?

I also have started to gather proof of relationship over the past 2 years. Unfortunately neither one of

us kept any airlines tickets, we do have several passport stamps for visits to Germany and the USA.

My fiancee even has a residence permit for Germany since we entered into a civil union a year ago.

Should I include a translated copy of our civil union as proof of relationship?

I believe you have to put all your addresses from the last 5 years and if any one of them was overseas for more than 1 year, you also write it in the section that says "Address outside the USA for more than 1 year" or whatever that says. If it was less than 1 year, I believe it still has to go in the top section.

And her employment should be included also.

I didn't have all of my plane tickets (who, before they enter this process, keeps plane tickets for years and years? Not me.) I luckily had just a handful. Do you have email itineraries? Or the email that says "It's time to check in"? If so, you can include those. I also photocopied my entire passport because I had so many stamps in and out of the country my husband was from.

All I have is an old email from bookit.com from June 2011 that has both our names on it for a trip that we took

to Mexico.

I luckily still have my old passport with a lot of stamps in it from travelling to the USA.

Both our passports also having matching stamps for two trips to turkey in 2011 and 2012 for vacation.

As for as itineraries that's all I have left, since I didn't think i'd ever need them again after the trips.

She needs to list every place she has lived for the last 5 years, no matter where it was.

We are also using my fiancees parents for the affidavit of support.

Now both of them are retired, only my fiancees mothers yearly income

would be sufficient to sponsor me. They have several houses in both their names.

Do they fill out the I-134 as married couple together? Does just her name go

on the form? The tax return forms are in both their names together.

Do they have to list all their houses, or is one plenty?

Only one person can be a sponsor on the I-134. Just to be clear, your fiancee will be your primary sponsor on the I-134. Your fiancee's mother can be your co-sponsor, and she will fill out the I-134 herself (without your fiancee's father on the form). It is ok if the tax returns are in both names. You can list the net value of a house as an asset on the I-134. You can list all of them, or one of them. It really depends how much net value it is, and how much assets are needed to bring the total income + assets above poverty level for the household size. Your fiancee's mother will need 5 times the value in assets. For example, if her income is short by $2000 of meeting poverty guidelines, then she needs to lists assets of at least $10,000 (five times the difference or 5 X 2000). Another point to consider is household size. Your fiancee's mother's household size would be a minimum of 3 (herself, fiancee's father, and you). Current guidelines for a household of 3 are 24,412. So if your fiancee's mother is using all assets and no income, she needs to have total value in assets equal to $122,060. If one house has this net value, then all she needs to list is one house. If it takes 5 houses to value $122k, then she needs to list 5 houses.
