My fiance had his interview Nov, 18 and he was approved but we were asked to submit additional cosponsor information, they received the cosponsor information Dec 24. Our case was updated from AP to ready then back to AP and then Jan 6, it went back to Ready and been like that since. Hopefully your case changing to Ready is good news because that would give me hope that ours may get Issued soon. Good luck!!

CEAC Updated today to "NONIMMIGRANT VISA" status still says Ready.

Dates updated to

Application ID or Case Number: KNG2013XXXXXX 0X KNG

Case Creation Date: 14-Jan-2014

Status Updated Date: 14-Jan-2014

Praying visas get issued soon.

Status change again today "Administrative Processing" can somebody tell me what's going on?

Your visa case is currently undergoing necessary administrative processing. This processing can take several weeks. Please follow any instructions provided by the Consular Officer at the time of your interview. If further information is needed, you will be contacted. If your visa application is approved, it will be processed and mailed/available within two business days.

My fiance got a 221g for co-sponsor docs on January 10th and I was worried it would be a long time until he gets an appointment to turn the stuff back in, but it seems thats just the beginning worry. How did the process go for you guys to turn in the docs (anyone)? One of the DOS reps told me once that sometimes the AP lasts longer if the beneficiary's name is more common, because sometimes they get a person with the same name when they do their checks. So time is spent verifying that it is two different people. Best of luck and speed through your process!

I express the cosponsor information that was requested from me directly to the embassy. I emailed them and they send me the address that I needed to express the information to.
