_____F - FINANCIAL EVIDENCE:______________________________________

We have finished reviewing your case. We will tell you when we set an interview date for your case. Please do not contact the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in LAGOS, NIGERIA about your interview until we give you the date.

We saw that either your Affidavit of Support was incomplete, some of your supporting documents were missing, or both. We have marked the missing items on the checklist below.

You should send any of the missing items to NAME OF APPLICANT so he or she can take them to the visa interview. The Consular Officer will review the missing items at the time of the interview.

Please pay special attention to any items related to the Affidavit of Support form. If the checklist shows any problems with the form, you should complete a new form and send it to NAME OF APPLICANT.

If you do not send the missing information to NAME OF APPLICANT, his or her visa application could be delayed or denied.

If you need a new Affidavit of Support form, you can find it at uscis.gov/forms.... so I'm so GRATEFUL TO GOD FOR CASE COMPLETE AFTER 3 MONTHS.

It means they will Case Complete you even though you are incomplete. So I strongly advise you relook at your I-864 documents.

Did you meet the guidelines? Or did you have a co-sponsor? Did you have all tax info, paystubs, letter of employment.

Well they will have the embassy deal with it. So now you wait in queue for interview date. They are really backlogged I have people on the Case Complete interview list done sinbce November still waiting for interview in Lagos. I know the K1's are booked until 1st week in April. So you will have to wait.

I would suggest calling NVC asking for a supervisor who can tell you what is wrong with your affidavit of support if you have't figured it out.

You didn't put the missing items up. So I guess what is your question?

Make sure the complete AOS package is sent to the beneficiary to be presented during his/her interview. You should also meet the income requirements, if not find a joint sponsor.

Looks like you forgot a whole lot of information on the I-864 and to not further delay you after interview you need to get this completed and the original I-864 must be in the hands of the beneficiary at interview.
