I received my greencard. Is that all I need to get back into the USA?

Also my husband and I would like to spend 3 months in the Philippines. Now that we are married does it allow him to stay any longer in the Philippines or will he still be required to get a visa extension after 21 days as before? Is there any forms that can be filled out to allow him to stay long with out need to get these extensions or can get get dual citizenship in the Philippines as we plan to visit often and possible retire there in the future.

Thank you for all your help.

You should bring your Philippines passport, your green card, and your marriage certificate.

When you arrive in the Philippines, make sure the officer gives you the one-year balikbayan privilege. He will simply write in a one-year period on the stamp in your passports. There's no paperwork involved.
