The problem is the bad guys always have guns. The good guys seldom do. In this case, the good guy did have a gun and ended the incident. It may have been far worse otherwise.

The problem is that it's just too easy for the bad guys to get guns and they get them from the so called good guys. Which is why we need stricter gun laws.
