I did call them but they told me wait 15 days again. Is anyone having the same problem like me or same time line? My i-130 is taking so long to get approved .the office in tsc that is looking at my i-130 is xm171

nnbattle, it's hard to say if anyone has the same timeline when you haven't entered your timeline. You should update your timeline so that others can tell if they are having the same situation or not.

I am the USC Petitioner. My wonderful wife Laura is from Scotland.

10.27.2013 ~ Married

01.23.2014 ~ I-130 sent

01.29.2014 ~ NOA1

06.02.2014 ~ APPROVED!!! NOA2

06.05.2014 ~ Shipped to NVC

06.13.2014 ~ Case received by NVC

07.03.2014 ~ Case number assigned by NVC

07.21.2014 ~ Submitted DS-261

07.24.2014 ~ AoS Invoice available, paid

07.25.2014 ~ AoS Invoice shows paid

07.30.2014 ~ AoS package mailed USPS Priority

07.31.2014 ~ Checked CEAC website 47 times

08.01.2014 ~ USPS tracking shows AoS delivered

09.17.2014 ~ IV invoice available

My timeline is file i130 on june 26-2013

Got noa1 on Aug 28-2013

On dec 31 -2013 transfer to tsc and on jan 26 -2014 tsc send out a rfe on feb 20-2014 I mail out the rfe and on feb 21-2014 got a email saying rfe reply .still waiting on a answer from tsc for rfe reply .because tsc is working on case that file on sep-08-2013
