Did you file a report with ombudsman? I just wrote up another one today. I complained that TSC is putting RFEs on cases that don't deserve them in order to take them out of the processing times. And also I mentioned that it took them a month to send out the RFE to begin with.

What was your RFE for again?

missing form G325A for my spouse. I did write and I will do it again.

Hello guys. Tsc is the worst center to have to document transfert to. I have a really bad experience them. My I-130 got approved since January 15th. They left my document somehow in their desk. Never send my document to Nvc . I called to call all of people to help me send my documents to Nvc . Even if your document is approved please please make sure that the send u an update telling you that they sent it to Nvc not the approval notice but it does mean . Excuse my language but it's the truth. So be on top of your application

Hey yesturday I got an email from uscis saying RFE wonder what they will need? Anyone who had RFE what did they ask for?

I got one for sending for G-325, instead of G-325A. It could be anything. Try not to make yourself crazy guessing. Just wait for the RFE to arrive in the mail.
