I was transferred there October 24. I initially sent is my petition on Feb. 27. Soooo?? Not quite sure when. I'm still waiting on a NOA2..

-Met in Ghana August 2011

-Went back to Ghana April 2012

-Went back to Ghana December 2012

-Married to the man God created just for me on January 4th, 2013.

-Filed the CR-1 in February 2013

-Petition Transfered from National Benefits Center to Texas Service Center October 2013

-Petition APPROVED January 2014 (*Took 10 Months 19 Calendar Days)

-Case Number/Invoice Identification Number Assigned February 2014 (*Took 33 Calendar Days)

-Approved Interview May 2014

-Arrival May 2014

Now, We are Prayerfully taking everything 1 day at a time. Thanking God for his blessings and grace.

TSC is the worst center you could be.

PD-March 19

Transfer- Oct 31

RFE- Dec 31 (I don't doubt there's a coincidence that it happened exactly 60 days after transfer)

Now I'm waiting for RFE reply.

Feb 3, 2014: TSC sends case to NVC
April 14: Real checklist for AOS (saying tax number was incorrect when it wasn't)
April 30: Another AOS checklist, for proof of employment (which was already sent)
May 1: Checklist for IV- certified marriage certificate (even though I sent a certified one originally)
July 1: INTERVIEW!!! - APPROVED!
July 16: POE through Miami
July 22: SSN card in the mail
August 30, 2014: Green card arrives in the mail!!!
 
ROC: 366 days
April 27, 2016: Sent 300 page ROC packet to VSC via overnight mail
May 16: Check shown as charged online, received NOA 1 dated April 29
June 20, 2016- Biometrics
April 28, 2017: Approval
May 4, 2017: Approval letter arrived
May 15, 2017: GC arrives in mail
 
N-400: 190 days
May 8: Sent packet to Dallas Lockbox
May 12: NOA 1, Credit card charged
June 7: Biometrics
June 16: "In line"
Oct 2: Interview letter arrives (online status still says ''in line'')
Oct 31: Interview- Approved!
Nov 13: Oath ceremony!  Applied for passport & registered to vote on site.
Nov 22: Passport arrives (paid for expedited service and overnight delivery)

Agree lucybelle, seems a bit manipulated to me!! My pd June 7th transferred 27th dec. TSC very slow compared to CSC. :(

I filed on April 12th

transferred to TSC Nov 27th ( both the I-130 and the K-3)

Still waiting ...9 months and a few days and counting

Was told on Dec 30th that my file has been assigned to an officer but in my opinion... thats a crock..

You filed in July... You have a little ways to go yet.

TSC is famous for their ridiculous RFE's and lack of approvals

Yes we also did a k3 .I saw they last touch the I 129f on 1-10-14 but I'm really stress its going in one year I did not see my husband he's the only one working an trying to pay bills send money to me .he has a new job he can't leave to come see me because he could lose his new job we talk at night just for a little because he wakes up 4am to get ready for work so he's also stressing out sorry to write all this but I really don't have anyone to talk to thank u guys

Hey yesturday I got an email from uscis saying RFE wonder what they will need? Anyone who had RFE what did they ask for?

Fancy that. TSC sending out more RFEs. It could be for anything. Mine was stupid- for a copy of my marriage certificate that was "registered". I sent in a certified copy which means it MUST be registered. So I just sent in another one explaining where to find the information they were looking for.

Did you file a report with ombudsman? I just wrote up another one today. I complained that TSC is putting RFEs on cases that don't deserve them in order to take them out of the processing times. And also I mentioned that it took them a month to send out the RFE to begin with.

What was your RFE for again?
