Good luck

File the paperwork after you are married in Canada.

Follow the rules please, you make it more difficult for the rest of us.

Yea....why would I want to make it easier for us? I just want to do what is easier and let's me be with my husband. I am trying to learn about the options we have. I know some do what is not right....but some do what they have to to be with their loved ones.

Have you spoken with a Lawyer as suggested?

Yes I have. It's just nice to have opinions of people who have gone thru it. I am not sure the lawyer I talked to is the one to deal with. He said that since my fiance was allowed across the border this last time that there should be no bans against him. Therefore we should just put that he was in the country for 6 months. Bad advice from an attorney to lie I think.

Go to the site I mentioned, one of the comments often made is that if you want USCIS to know something it can be very hard, if you do not then they will find it.

He has an 8 year hole in his life, we are not talking weeks here.
