Hello folks.

Which is living as ameircan, as permanent residence, as currently having an AOS profiling

So im currently having a South Korean citizenship. as a man.

and my GF having a American citizenship.

ehhh so ugh.

First when i got here i didnt meant on live here i was just planned to travel around of Phoenix with her.

and We were talking about everytimes that after our situations have been settled

We gonna get married and going to get a visas for permenent or something.

But, when i got here and i spent lot of times after staying with her.

we both changed our mind.

So now, we are thinking of AOS from VWP.

Its like i spent 30days here, so we are thinking of married about married about month later.

so ugh i have seeking this site about 1hour and found the thing that fits for us.

anywho.. i wanna ask something to you guys.

how many processing times gonna take ?

am i able to visit korea for extension about college absence leave at August?

Yes, that is the guide you need. It normally takes 3-5 months, but do not leave the US until you have either the Advanced Parole or your green card,

Green card received 05/08/2013
