Hello Everyone,

The dillema that I'm facing is in regard to the affidavit of support. Basically, I will only be able to provide tax information for 2006 and 2004. Being that in 2005 I was working under the table in Istanbul, so my income was not recorded. I can estimate how much I earned during this year but that's preety much it. Also my current income is way above the poverty line, so I was wondering if I can around this somehow. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone and hope your visa journey is going well.

Best,

The I-864 only *requires* you to send in your last tax return, so you should be fine with just that.

Some people in the past have got RFE's for more information however, so you should try to include as much evidence of your current wages as possible, and if necessary, line up a co-sponsor.
