My mom as the petitioner of my sister, is currently not employed and has worked for only TWO DAYS for a temp assignment last oct 2013 and was paid around $70.00. Also, My husband(only joint sponsor) and I are filing taxes jointly for the 3 consecutive years. Do I need to fill out I864A? But I am not sponsoring my sister since I am currently not employed. I only thought of filling out the I864A bec of the Income Tax Return from the previous years when I was still working. The adjust gross income in the IRS form is the joint amount between both of us. My husband's gross adjust income is not in the form bec it shows our joint gross adjust income. There's no way for him to do the calculations. We are confused what to answer in Part 6 of the I864. I need your help please. I will very much appreciate your input.

hi

that's where the W2's come into place, there's no reason for you to file the i864A since you won't be combining income.

but the difference are the W2s that the employer sends

you don't need to send 3 years of taxes only one, the last one
