Hi VJ,

Im 10 years GC holder, I am planning to get my parents a B2 visa in manila Philippines. I am worried that they can be denied because they don't have financial statement like bank account and they don't own house. what are the documents they have to bring in their interview?

I really appreciate any respond.

You cannot get visitor visas for your parents. They must apply based on their circumstances and show string ties to their home country in order to overcome the presumptions that all applicants intend to illegally immigrate to the US.

There is no list of specific documents to show their ties. What documents do they have to show they will return? Jobs? Family? That is all specific to them.

Without money and properties, there chances are low for visitor visas.
