Should i email USCIS?

Well guys i know im annoy and i have no patience!! Im sorry!!but i think on my situation u would worry too!!

So we havent receive any email or text since december 24 that they received our package. They havent cash out the money order either. We called on the USCIS and they told us that they can give us any info if 30 days doesnt pass.

Im thinking to be more annoy with them and now email them hehehehehe

What do u think? Is it weird that after so many days they havent even cash out the money?

If something was wrong and sent us back the package .. Wouldnt be already received by my fiance? are many days since december 24.

01-08-2013 : We decided to be a couple and walk on the same life path!!!!

06-08-2013 : I traveled to the US to stay with my man for 3 months. We got engaged!!!!

Meanwhile :

July 2013 : My fiancé apply for his citizenship.

November 2013 : My fiancé become an American citizen.

02-10-2014 : Requested expedite denied.

04-28-2014 : Expedite requested (financial loss).

05-02-2014 : Email received requesting evidence to expedite + we sent evidence right away.

It can take up to 30 days to receive receipt notifications from USCIS, especially around the holidays.

As they said, it takes about 30 days/4weeks for the NOA1. Worry if you don't get anything after 30 days.

If something is wrong with papers how many days it takes to send the package back?

Im worry cause i ll have to sent the papers again to my fiance and that takes 2-3 weeks. We already lost 1 months cause it took forever to me to send him some documents :(

Sounds like you asked for a signature. That could be part of the reason for the delay. If you just ask for delivery confirmation, they drop it in the lock box and mark it delivered. If you ask for a signature, they need to find a live person to sign for it, most likely a security guard. You are then relying on that person to make sure your file gets to the right place.

As others have said, you just need to wait. The holidays screwed things up for sure. It will take some time to get the overflow taken care of. But next time just get delivery confirmation.

I just checked your timeline. It's only been three weeks. You really have no need for concern yet,

I worry a lot cause all ppl that fill on december and january got noa1 really soon

They havent even cash out the money order just in case we didnt get an email with the form g1145.

I ll wait two more weeks as i have no choice. :( i just hope everything is ok
